Missing photos

If you make use of a DSLR camera, check if your camera's time and time zone settings are the same as your phone's settings.
It might be that the photo is not saved correctly in your camera folder. Sometimes, on Android devices, the photo is not really saved but is in the cloud, you might need to open the file and force the photo to be downloaded on your phone.
If you make use of the in-app camera, you need to confirm each photo you take. Learn how to do this below.
We are aware that sometimes photos from the in-app camera are not included in the Relive video.
We recommend that you use your phone’s built-in camera, instead of the in-app camera to take photos during your activities. These photos should appear in the correct place when you create your Relive video.
