Relive Plus not available

You subscribed to Relive Plus but keep seeing the subscribe screen and don't have Relive Plus access? This issue is normally caused by a few common reasons. 

Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address by following these steps:

  • In your email inbox, there should be an email from Relive welcoming you to Relive Plus. This should correspond to the email from your Relive account. 

  • You can confirm the email address by going to your profile → tap Settings (the gear icon in the top right corner) → on the Settings screen, you will see the email address of your account listed.

  • If the emails don’t match, log in using the same email address that received the Relive Plus welcome email.
