Relive Plus not available
You subscribed to Relive Plus but keep seeing the subscribe screen and don't have Relive Plus access? This issue is normally caused by a few common reasons.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address by following these steps:
In your email inbox, there should be an email from Relive welcoming you to Relive Plus. This should correspond to the email from your Relive account.
You can confirm the email address by going to your profile → tap Settings (the gear icon in the top right corner) → on the Settings screen, you will see the email address of your account listed.
If the emails don’t match, log in using the same email address that received the Relive Plus welcome email.
